OVERVIEW
Aeurelia.com.au can be used to create MY LIST ('List') of desired products for your next project; you cannot use this website to purchase products online direct from Aeurelia Pty Ltd. Your List is intended to provide you and our team with a guide to product quantities, finishes and approximate costings so that we can assist more comprehensively during the consultation and quotation process.
Submit your List using the online form for our review and one of our team will contact you shortly to discuss your selection. At this time we will also advise on minimum order quantities, stock availability and issue a formal quote for your approval.
'My List'
When you submit your List, you will receive an acknowledgement e-mail confirming receipt. This auto response does not constitute acceptance of all or part of your order.
Upon receipt of your List a team member will contact you to discuss your requirements in detail. Following the consultation, we will issue you with a detailed quotation for your consideration and signature. The formal quote will be valid for 30 days from issue and include the following information:

your Company name, postal address, and telephone number;

a contact name within your Company (and that person’s email address);

the preferred delivery / site address;
-
the Products required (including Product code, description and quantities);

the total Purchase Price of the order.
placing an order
Placing an Order
A formal quote issued by Aeurelia sets your Purchase Price and you have 30 days to purchase your products at that price, after which we reserve the right to alter the pricing. All orders must be confirmed by acceptance of the formal quotation accompanied with a Purchase Order and 50% deposit. If the price or details on the Purchase Order vary from those quoted, we will notify you before processing the order.
Payment

Unless agreed in advance in writing, a 50% deposit is required when you place the order;

The final balance must paid 24 hours prior to delivery of the products to your nominated delivery address;

You may not withhold, make deductions from or set-off against payments for any reason;

Payment can be made by cash, credit card, or by bank transfer.
Once a Purchase Order has been issued, orders may not be cancelled by yourself without written consent from Aeurelia Pty Ltd and on the condition that you will indemnify Aeurelia against all and any losses resulting from such cancellation. All products ordered remain the property of Aeurelia Pty Ltd until all outstanding accounts have been settled in full. The warranty period begins from the date of dispatch to your nominated delivery address.

Product Description
We aim to ensure that all the products on our Site are accurately described, however, due to our manufacturer's developmental processes, it is possible that our Site may contain errors and Aeurelia reserves the right to withdraw, alter or correct any errors or inaccuracies at any time, including after you have placed an order.
Product Variation

Aeurelia undertakes to ensure that all product finishes on our Site are accurately displayed as well as in other marketing collateral. However, varying display settings may result in the finish and colour appearing different to the actual product.

Due to the nature of the colouring process, there may be slight variations between products and batches.

Returning items based on:

display based discrepancy;

batch discrepancy; or

discrepancies due to optical effects such as hazing or smudging at varying light sources and at differing angles will be classified as a ‘change of mind return’ and therefore must be made in accordance with Aeurelia’s Returns for change of mind policy.

Product Withdrawal
Aeurelia reserves the right to withdraw any products from our Site at any time and/or remove or edit any materials or content on aeurelia.com.au.
Pricing & Availability
Whilst we try and ensure that all details, descriptions and prices which appear on our Site are accurate, errors may occur. Mistakes on any pricing, Quote, Order Confirmation, Invoice, Delivery Schedule or other documentation issued by us will not be binding and Aeurelia Pty Ltd reserve the right to issue amended documents which rectify any mistakes without any liability on our part of.
We reserve the right to alter our pricing at any time and, if we discover an error in the price of any goods which you have ordered we will inform you of this as soon as possible and give you the option of reconfirming your order at the correct price or cancelling it. If we are unable to contact you we will treat the order as cancelled.
If for any reason, we cannot supply a product you have ordered, a member of our team will discuss alternatives prior to processing your Purchase Order. Aeurelia will not substitute any of your products without your prior consent.
shipping & delivery
Aeurelia includes all delivery costs in Australia within the your written quote. Where possible, please advise full delivery addresses and postcodes and any access considerations at the point of delivery. Please be advised that postcode and access considerations are necessary to ensure successful delivery. This information can be included in the comments section upon completion your List.
For international shipments, shipping costs will be quoted at the time of ordering and cost may vary depending on location.
Please be aware that shipping times may increase based on the courier, and extenuating circumstances beyond our control.
LEAD TIMES
We try to maintain a healthy stock of our most popular items at our warehouse however, certain products, including those with special finishes or made-to-order, are imported specially to fulfil individual orders. Our advice is to plan your project as far ahead as possible and order your products well in advance.
