Aeurelia understands the importance of providing quality products and since we source and sell products from various manufacturers, we endeavour to ensure that your are aware of the warranty policies with our products.
Aeurelia Pty Ltd provides a one (1) year onsite labour warranty plus a one (1) year parts warranty on all our tapware, showers, and accessories, unless otherwise stated. If an item is covered under the manufacturer's warranty, we will repair or replace the product within 7 working days from notification or provide replacement parts.

Aeurelia's Warranty is void if the product was installed by an unlicensed plumber. Aeurelia will not repair or replace any goods under warranty if damage has resulted from mishandling or improper installation.
The warranty period begins from the date of dispatch to your nominated delivery address. We recommend you open and inspect your goods upon receipt and contact us immediately if a product is incomplete, damaged or incorrect, so that we can assess the issue and rectify.
