returns policy
OVERVIEW
All returns are subject to a restocking fee. We charge a standard restocking fee of 20% for products returned within 30 days. At our discretion, we may offer a credit or exchange on a case-by-case basis.
Returned products must be in ‘AS NEW' condition, meaning both the product and packaging must be 100% resalable, unless the product is deemed defective.
Made-to-order
Any custom made products cannot be returned once the manufacturing process has already begun.
Returns
If you have taken receipt of your order at your nominated delivery address but the products are still boxed and in the condition you received them, you may return them within 30 days for a credit or exchange, minus shipping cost, plus a 20% restocking fee which is calculated as follows:

Original Product Cost x 0.15

(eg $1,000 x 0.15 = $150 restocking fee)
Why do we charge a restocking fee?
Our suppliers charge us a fee to process and restock the any returns into their warehouse. You are required to cover the cost of shipping products either back to our warehouse or our suppliers. Aeurelia reserve the right to refuse the Returns until the products have passed inspection and acceptance of the Return by our team.
Products and packaging must be in the original condition. We cannot accept goods that do not have their original packaging or where the packaging is damaged. All Returns are inspected upon receipt to ensure both the product and packaging are in 'AS NEW' condition. If either fails review, the cost of the return freight must be paid by you and the product will be returned to you.
